How Refurbix Works
Refurbix is an online marketplace for buying and selling used/refurbished iPhones and computer parts.
Refurbix acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. Buyers pay Refurbix, sellers are notified after payment confirmation, products are delivered to buyers for inspection and testing, and seller payment is released through the order process after buyer confirmation, subject to applicable terms. Refurbix also provides a 30-day testing/warranty policy for eligible issues, including applicable refund or replacement support.
For buyers
A structured payment and product-confirmation process before seller funds are released.
Buyer pays Refurbix
Payment for the order is made to Refurbix through the checkout flow (UPI to the Refurbix-listed payment account, with UTR and payment proof submitted in the order).
Refurbix confirms payment
The Refurbix team verifies the submitted UTR and payment proof against the order before the order moves forward.
Seller ships the product
Once payment is confirmed, the order is marked confirmed and the product is dispatched to the buyer's delivery address with tracking.
Buyer receives the product
Delivery status is visible on the order page, and the order is marked delivered once the buyer receives the item.
Buyer tests the product
The buyer inspects and tests the hardware after delivery, within the 30-day testing period.
Buyer confirms satisfaction
If the product matches its description and works as described, the buyer confirms the order. If not, the buyer raises a claim instead.
Refurbix releases payment to the seller
Seller payment is released through the Refurbix order process after buyer confirmation, subject to the applicable terms and policies.
