- Manufacturing or functional defects present at delivery
- Item not powering on or not performing as described
- Missing accessories that were listed in the order
- Wrong item received
Not covered
- Physical damage caused after delivery (drops, liquid, burns)
- Normal wear and tear beyond 30 days
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Software issues unrelated to hardware condition
