Refurbix Buyer Protection
A structured payment, delivery, testing and support process on every order.
Refurbix acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. Buyers pay Refurbix, sellers are notified after payment confirmation, products are delivered to buyers for inspection and testing, and seller payment is released through the order process after buyer confirmation, subject to applicable terms.
What buyer protection covers
✓Payment is made through Refurbix
Buyers do not have to transfer money directly to an unknown seller. The order is paid to Refurbix and recorded against an order number.
✓Seller payment is released through the order process
Funds move to the seller through the platform's order process after the buyer's confirmation stage, not at the moment the buyer pays.
✓Buyers can inspect and test the received product
Every order includes a testing window after delivery so the buyer can verify the hardware works as described.
✓Eligible product issues can be reported
Issues are reported through the Claim Warranty page using the order number, or through customer support on call, WhatsApp or email.
✓Refund support
Refunds for eligible issues are processed within 3-5 working days after the returned item reaches our facility and passes inspection.
✓Replacement support
Where a replacement unit is available, an eligible claim can be resolved by replacement instead of refund.
✓30-day testing/warranty policy
Every product carries a 30-day testing warranty covering functional failures not caused by physical or liquid damage.
✓Customer support
Support is available on call, WhatsApp and email for order, refund, warranty and seller questions.
The payment protection process
Buyer pays Refurbix
Payment for the order is made to Refurbix through checkout (UPI, with UTR and payment proof submitted in the order).
Refurbix confirms payment
The team verifies the submitted UTR and payment proof against the order before it moves forward.
Seller ships the product
Once payment is confirmed, the order is dispatched with tracking.
Buyer receives the product
The order is marked delivered once the buyer receives the item.
Buyer tests the product
The buyer inspects and tests the hardware within the 30-day testing period.
Buyer confirms satisfaction
If the product matches its description, the buyer confirms the order. If not, a claim is raised instead.
Refurbix releases payment to the seller
Seller payment is released through the order process after buyer confirmation.

Raise a claim on the Claim Warranty page with your order number, or contact support. Describe the issue and share photos or a short video where relevant.
